To Whom it may concern,
The information that you sent me for my missing father was right on the money. Unfortunately, I found out that my father was critically ill and was in the hospital. My brother and I jumped on a plane and were able to be by his side when he passed away. Our time with our father was short but it would not have been possible without your service. We wanted to let you know that you did us a great service and reunited a long lost father and his sons.
As a result we also have a number aunts and uncles that we have now found and are planning a trip to see them in the near future. Your swift response gave my brother and I priceless time with our father and the discovery of a whole new family. You have out gratitude and thanks!

Dear Jodi,
I can not express my joy and gratitude enough for what you did! That number was correct and I did talk to my brother again. The last time I talked my brother was January 1991. When I called him the other nigh, we talked for over three hours. I have a new sister and two new nephews.
Because of our abused childhood, we were never able to have a good brother-sister relationship. Even as adults, we couldn't be around each other long without fighting , no matter how much we wanted to or tried.
Now that we both have been able to work through our "ghosts" of past, we can get to know each other. We have both become Christians, and Jesus has healed deep wounds. Before we were not able to get along because of the hurts, so that is why the initial distance of months turned into years.
BUT, a new day has begun and we are starting anew. A new real brother-sister relationship that God had wanted all along.
You do not know how much I have thanked God for you. You many think that you have just been doing your job, but to my brother and me, you are a miracle.
Please forward this e-mail to your superiors. You really were patient with me and tried hard to find him. Thank you for being a professional with a heart.
God bless you always,
Nancy Lombard Burell
